At Regency Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Depending on your location and item size, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup or provide instructions for a local showroom drop-off.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
