What are your delivery options and lead times?
We offer White Glove Delivery and standard curbside drop-off. In-stock items typically arrive within 7-14 business days, while custom upholstery or backordered pieces may take 6-10 weeks.
Do you offer professional furniture assembly?
Yes, our White Glove Delivery service includes full assembly of your items in the room of your choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials and debris.
What is your return policy for home furnishings?
You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to furniture returns, and custom or 'made-to-order' pieces are non-refundable.
Do you provide financing or payment plans?
Regency Furniture partners with Affirm and Klarna to offer flexible monthly payment options. You can select these at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free installments.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large freight shipments, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Is there a warranty on the furniture I purchase?
All our products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, spills, and tears.
